If you’re looking for a subtle coloring medium I really recommend chalks. Also called pastels they are easy to work with and give a soft look to your stamped and colored images. Ink Blending an Embossing Folder Technique

I created this fun Unicorn card with the Dragons and Unicorns stamp set from Hero Arts. For the starry background I ink blended on an embossing folder so the white stars still shine through. I used markers and inks from Spectrum Noir for my coloring and inking.

I created this gift tag for Father’s Day using the Lawn Fawn Gnome Sweet Gnome and Toadally Awesome stamp sets along with their Woodgrain Background die. I’m also using some new additions to my Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers, the Vintage Blends set to color my images.
